The LED's lit up to display 5:15:02 and did not change. It then began flickering very quickly and kept switching back and forth between flickering and staying steady but somewhat dim. We are unsure what could be causing this and lack the know-how to attempt to reset it, so it is being sold in AS IS condition for parts or repair. Nothing else is included. Up for sale is a PAIR of Kinemetrics/TrueTime Model RMD-B IRIG-B Time Code Displays. Not a lot to them. You connect an IRIG-B input on one of the BNC connectors and it will display whatever time is fed to them(HH:MM:SS) Included is a pair of power cords. These are circa late 80's. But still work great. Draw very little power. As you can see from the internal pictures there's not a lot on the inside. NOTE: One of the unit's has a couple spots on the display. It's inside the glass so I couldn't clean it off. Doesn't affect operation. It has been like that since I got it years ago. Please refer to the pictures for more details.
