beautiful MICRO VU OPTICAL COMPARATOR 500 HP with 12 inch protractor screen
MICRO VU 500 HP 12 inch horizontal beam optical comparator in very good condition. We installed a new bulb housing for the profile illuminator using 12 volt 100 watt halogen bulb. This has a 10X lens for screen image. With other sizes available from mfg. This does have surface illuminator. Has a 1.0 inch focal point with 6+X and 2+Y inches of table travel. Requires 115 volts 5 amps power. Machine is in great working condition and table shows minimal use. Overall it is very clean, ways are nice and tight. This has a NEW screen with numbers for degrees every 1 degree. SN 23020. Includes a Mitutoyo ID 25 electronic 1 inch travel indicator for X and a standard dial indicator for Y. These are a great small parts comparator and have a great image.

SPI Masterview MV-14 Optical Comparator with 10x lens AS IS
This is a used comparator we took in on trade. It is a little rough. But with some time and effort it looks to be complete, light source works, fan works. The two caliper type scales may or may not work, I have not tested. One is missing the battery cover. The axis both work mechanically, but the x axis is stiff, needs some lubing and make sure the scale is not binding it up. A few hours work could make this a decent cheap comparator for a small shop. Selling a Federal Electronic Gage stand that was used with some type electronic height reading device(not included) The photos show all that is included. The rise and fall adjustment has 8-3/4" of travel. The unit has minor surface rust and the paint is pealing and the chrome handle shows some rust forming. The post is 2.183"and the 1/2" lead screw works smoothly. The indicator plate is 2-3/8" x 2-1/2" and equipped with(4) mounting holes. Just to each side of the indicator plate is(2) 750" side holes for mounting indicators. The Anvil is removable. Hardened and chrome plated on the(2) work sides, held in the anvil slot by(4) setscrews. It would be a great piece to fix up for checking parts. DELTRONIC model DH14 14 ich screen horizontal beam optical comparator with DELTRONIC 612-R DRO DIGITAL READOUT. This comparator is in excellent condition and comes with a 10X lens. Image is very crisp and clear. This was an inspection unit and table is nice with no dings and dents. This has an expired calibration tag due for June 2013. HEIDENHAIN scales read in.0001 increments. The 612R dro is a metrology unit. It is a programmable readout. Has an RS232 port for communications. A complete manual for the comparator and the dro are included. unit has a screen with lines at 90 deg and 30 deg and a radius chart on half the screen. Screen can be changed out if another is preferred. This does have an ESP electronic protractor which reads in minutes for close angle inspection. Travels are 6.+ inches X and 4.+ inches Y. The included 10X lens is clear ... morewith no scratches. I can offer a good 50 X lens for 25 0.00 additional. The has has profile and surface illumination. Please note a factory stand is included if desired. The factory stand has a drawer and door on the front. The dro has X&Y button cover damage and were replaced with dymo cloth tape labels.
