So cannot go into much detail about it. I know she had trouble with the feed-dogs and the authorized dealer that did her regular scheduled servicing sent it to the factory early this year(2014) to have it fixed. At the factory the stitch count was reset to 0. So I do not know the count on it. She purchased the machine around 2006 and used it more for sewing than embroidery. It has been used once since it came back from the dealer where it was fully serviced. So the machine is in excellent, clean condition.
