Vintage Fruit Grape Crate-Melco Vineyards-Visalia, Calif
I have a vintage fruit grape crate from Melco Vineyards. Visalia, Calif. 93277. The ends are thick wood and the sides are thinner wood covered with a heavy paper that says Table Grapes of California. The bottom is also thinner wood covered with paper. On one end it has a 2 horse logo and beneath it has a circle that says I. B. Of T. C. W. E. H. Of America. The other end says California's Finest Grapes. It measures 17 1/2" by 14 1/2" and is 6" tall. Overall, it is in good intact condition, rustic with some of the paper coming off.

2005 Melco / Saurer Amaya Embroidery Machine - Runs Great - light usage
You are viewing a 2005 Melco Amaya Embroidery Machine. This is a 16 color machine with computerized thread feed. Laser needle placement and a host of other wonderful features. It is rated at 1600 stitches per minute. But realistically we ran it at 600 spm for most caps and 1100-1200 for most flats. Some caps and designs required slowing the machine down due to material movement. It is easily twice as fast as Tajima, Brother, or Barudan machines. This machine is in good working order with no known issues. It is for sale because the company closed and it is no longer needed. The company was primarily screenprinting and embroidery was a side business that never really took off. The machine had light usage of 1 to 2 days per week for the 6 years it was in operation. It has been idle for the last year and a half inside storage. The machine was ... moremaintained under factory warranty and factory service contract during the entire time they were in operation. The vast majority of machine service was done by Jonathan Harrison of Jonno's Embroidery Repair of Dallas. Jonathan is one of the best technician's in the world. When we closed the company we moved them from the production area to where it is being stored. We then had the machine serviced. The machine was serviced last in Aug of 2011 when we closed the company. Other than the test sewout it has not been run since it was serviced. The machine was kept on a UPS at all times to protect the electronics from issues. I recommend that you service any machine after moving it. Embroidery machines are high-precision devices. It will include a power cord. An ethernet cable, and a flat hoop. NO SOFTWARE* is included. No Dongles are included. You*must* have Amaya OS to operate this machine. 2005 Melco Amaya Embroidery Machine and accessories - Runs Great - light usage
This is a high precision commercial embroidery machine- single head- 16 needle- SUPER FAST AND RELIABLE- runs up to 1200 stitches per minute- ran most of my hats around 700 stitches per minute and the flat garments of normal weight were run around 1.000 stitches per minute. This system is for the first time embroiderer that has nothing and wants to start up with everything- OR- for that company that already has a unit and would like to add another AMAYA in tandem for an additional head. The hat hoop is a wide angle hat hoop which will allow you to do the large designs on the front of any baseball caps or other hats that fit on the hoop. I personally have put only about 150 hours on the machine- so it is like using a new machine. If you are brand new to embroidery- Melco has a phenomenal training program(I went to it and learned a lot) that ... moreyou can take. I went to the one in Los Angeles. But I understand they have them throughout the country. It was well worth the money spent and allowed me to start working as soon as I returned. There are also training CD's in the equipment listed. They are helpful but I don't believe they are anywhere as good as the hands-on training put on by Melco. The reason we are now selling the equipment is that we have closed down our silk screening and embroidery business in order to spend more time with our children. We were thrilled with the performance of this machine and wouldn't hesitate to purchase this same equipment again. We originally paid over $12.000 for the equipment listed under the bill of sale. Melco KC-10 Tone/Rotary Intercom With Power Supply and misc. Please look at the pictures to see what you are getting. I got this a couple of years ago in a surplus LOT. It was originally set up as a 911 training kit for kids. I took the rivets out of the blue box to see what was inside. Now a couple of years since I do not remember how the blue bracket went to hold the board in it, you could use nuts and bolts where the rivets were to hold the box together. There is a power supply some phone jacks and stuff. I am selling this equipment for parts or repair because it is dissembled and has sticker mounting tape on the components. This is a non working Melco embroidery machine. It's too big to ship and is located in the Cincinnati Ohio area. I purchased this 10 years ago with the intention to replace a motor drive control board that was bad but unfortunately the display screen got cracked in shipment. This"project" has sat for 10 years and I want someone with spare time to relieve me of this task. The entire bundle includes a huge assortment of hoops. Design disks, font cards. It also includes disk drives and various design manuals and documentation. I person who has experience with this machine would appreciate everything that comes with it. Melco EMC 1 Embroidery Machine - selling as parts machine but still works.
Up for bid is a EMC1 Single head embroidery machine. I have purchased an Amaya XTS and liquidating all my EMC equipment and accessories. I am listing this as a parts machine but it still does a great job. The only problem with it is you need to push the presser foot to the needle down before it engages to start sewing. I was told it probably needs a new solenoid. This machine has always been in a climate controlled environment and regular maintenance has always been done religiously. I am including in this auction a raised presser foot to do caps. PCI card and a printed user and parts manual. This auction is for pick up only.
