This is an Antique Singer Sewing Machine Treadle Flywheel and Pitman Arm. This set is typically found on Singer treadle machine models 15. 27, 66& 127 dating from the 1900's to 1920's. It includes the flywheel. Pitman arm and 1 mounting pivot screw. The flywheel measures 12-3/8" diameter. The pitman arm measures 12-1/4" from the top of the bearings to the bottom of the ball nut. Where the bed folds, was a piece of fabric I forgot to remove before the picture. The machine bed is free of defects and shinny. I added new pictures of the base. You can see the reflection of my ceiling fan in the machines base paint finish. I included a picture of the bobbin case area. These are the more RARE version of the famous Singer Featherweight Series of machines. She comes with original carrying box in good condition. With a few scuff marks on outside, some spots of wear inside the lid. BOTH case latches work properly. Attachments as seen in photo. Straight stitch foot is installed on the machine Works and sews perfectly. I had no idea sewing was that much fun, so I sewed some canvas, some leather and part of a towel. Worked great! No damage, no chips, no cracks. The stitch length lever works fine. Includes the lower bobbin. Comes with a bunch of accessories- see the photos because I don’t know what you do with any of these things(there is a ruffle maker and an embroidery hoop in there among other things. It even has the original keys to the storage box. Three extra bobbins, some needles too. The ONLY funky thing I can find involves the rubber wire relief that comes out of the back of the foot switch. This machine comes with all attachments seen in the photos, the manual, and the foot pedal. The feed dog cover plate used for darning and buttonhole making has not been removed from it's wrapper. This machine has been well taken care of, but it does have a few small dings, but is still in excellent cosmetic condition, as shown in the photos. No cracks or major damage to have to report. As with all the older Kenmore sewing machines, it does have the 25 year warranty on the head, but this machine is over 25 years old and runs like new! The free arm feature of this machine is really a great thing to have if you sew lots of hems on pants. Sleeves, or any small openings that are difficult to sew on a standard flat bed machine. VINTAGE SINGER TREADLE SEWING MACHINE WOOD PITMAN ARM 1884 PATENT, 1896 BASE
This is a vintage Singer treadle sewing machine base wood pitman arm. This is the arm that connects the foot treadle plate to the belt wheel. Includes the washer and pin used to secure the arm to the foot treadle end. This pitman arm came from a 1896 Singer base. That is 116 years ago. There is also a patent date on the arm of May 13. 1884. These arms eventually went to steel at some point and these wooden ones don't show up often. This is a very old pitman arm in super condition. These were used on standard cast iron treadle bases. This one measures 16" in length and the mounting holes are on 13" centers. Be sure this will fit your machine, since there was another model made that was 14" long with mounting holes 11" on centers. This length pitman was also used on the leather model#29 machines. Antique NE Native American Sweetgrass Arm Sewing Basket

This one is 10 1/4" in diameter, splints inside are green. It is fully woven in grass, both single and braided strands. These baskets were made in Maine and the shape, flat like this, made it easier for the ladies to pack them up in their suitcases and take them home. It is in very good condition, very little fraying or damage. many baskets of this type are missing handles- this one never had one. Please check the photos carefully and ask questions before bidding. Antique Wood Wooden Wheeler & Wilson Treadle Sewing Machine 15-3/4" Pitman Arm
This is an Antique Wood Wheeler& Wilson Treadle Sewing Machine Pitman Arm. This is the part that connects the treadle pedal to the flywheel. I have pictured the frame it fits. It may fit other frames. But please check the measurements below before buying. The paint is dark and aged. It has a couple nicks. But there are no cracks or splits and it is not warped. The arm measures 15-3/4" long. The holes are 13-3/4" apart at the centers. The top flywheel hole is 1/2" diameter. The bottom pedal hole is 3/8" diameter. To install. You have to remove the screw on each end. If the pins on the pedal and flywheel cannot be removed, then the ends of the pitman arm have to be spread apart to slip over the rod. That's why the body has long slits cut into it. The longer slit is for the flywheel. Mount the arm so the screw holes ... moreface backwards(opposite of where you would sit to sew) Insert the screw. ADLER 220 30" LONG ARM DOUBLE NEEDLE WALKING FOOT INDUSTRIAL SEWING MACHINE
For Auction: Adler 220-76-73. 30" Long Arm, Double Needle(1/2 inch spacing) Walking Foot Industrial Sewing Machine with reverse. This is a SUPER heavy duty industrial machine. It has the longest arm I'm aware of- 30 inches, and has a 1" foot lift height for sewing many layers of thick material. It also has the largest bobbin size I've ever seen on an industrial machine. This machine was originally bought by a utility company in Memphis, TN. They used it to repair the small tents used to cover man holes when they were working in the rain. It's be thoroughly cleaned, oiled and tested and sews a perfect double stitch, 1/2" apart. Reverse works perfectly as well and sewing samples are included(see photos) The canvas shop in this utility company kept spare parts for the machine, which are included in the auction(see ... morephotos) including: 2 rotary hooks, 5 bobbin cases, 1 needle bar, 2 feed dogs, 2 needle plates, 5 spare bobbins, several spare needles and two spare feet(one is open ended on the left side. This machine also includes(see photos) an original Adler thread lubricator and the original owners manual and service manual. Timing belt is still in very good condition. The table top this machine came on was particle board and bowed so we replaced it with a better quality plywood table top in excellent condition, with no bow. Included is thread stand, light(needs bulb) drip tray and working bobbin winder. Mounted on the table is a like-new 110 clutch motor but we also have a 220 motor that can go with it, if needed. Vintage singer sewing machine parts treadle pitman arm new oak
Up for auction we have a pitman arm in new condition that I had made when I was restoring a old Singer treadle machine. The project was missing to many pieces so I quit while I was ahead. The arm is made of oak and stained to look like the original table top of the machine I was restoring. It is 13 3/8" long and the holes center to center are 11 1/2" The holes are about 1/2" in diameter with 2 new brass tightening screws. The first photo's has the original one pitman arm next to the reproduction I had made. The original is not included in the auction because it is broken.
