This was all replacements for what burned in a house fire. I never finished because I started law school. It is dust on the top of the building. It has not been painted on the top. In addition. Here is a TERRIFIC 10 X 16 inch Ulysses S Grant Signed Presidential Land Grant from 1873 for land in Ottawa County. Kansas for a Gulbrand Olson filed at the Salinas, Kansas Land Office. It is ornately written and signed for the ex Civil war Hero and Saviour of the Union under President Abraham Lincoln by his personal secretary. The autograph signature is ORNATE and has a resemblance to his own autograph signature. The grant is on heavy stock that has the normal fold lines from being safely tucked away in the Land Office for well over a century. This particular grant still has the valued Land Seal attached and is an official period document. I cannot stress enough display value of this grant and several others that I will be listing on ebay as I thin out my personal presidential collection. Offering a vintage Fleischmann Trains(Germany) steam engine locomotive and coal car. The engine is marked 1367 and it has a 2-8-2 configuration. That is. Two small wheels front and rear, and 8 large wheels in the mid-section. I have no way to test this train so it is sold untested"as is" There is another number under the headlight: 1366-67. The coal tender car is marked Union Pacific. The engine is 7 1/2" long and the coal car is 4 1/2" long. They need to be cleaned up a bit but I see no damage or repairs. The engine weights 1 pound 3 ounces. The distance between the wheels is about 5/8" making this an HO model. See photos for details and other aspects of condition. Item up for auction is a LIONEL HO scale offset cupola caboose that is lettered for the UNION PACIFIC RAILROAD with a reporting number of 8724. Car comes with talgo type trucks with a long neck horn hook couplers on each end of the caboose. Caboose comes with all of it's parts but the smoke stack is slightly off kilter.
