This listing is for a vintage 1963-64 Singer 328K sewing machine. This classic machine has been cleaned. Oiled and polished, and even comes with its original attachments, 9 cams and original manual! It sews many stitch patterns by snapping in the different cams. This machine was built around 1963-64 and is from one of the last great eras of legendary Singer sewing machines- before Singer started adding more and more nylon and plastic parts. This machine has the strength if a light industrial machine even though it was built for domestic use. It is a workhorse and can easily sew through denim. Canvas and even leather. Antique Industrial Singer Sewing Machine Factory Chair Stool
An Industrial Singer Sewing Machine Factory Stool in"as found" condition. This chair is designed to adjust up with a large threaded center shaft. The seat measures 14" in diameter and stands 17 3/4" off the ground at the lowest point. The tab to the wing screw is broken so it will need some repair to adjust up and down properly. The back rest portion of the chair is missing and the chair mount is slightly off center. Unsure if it is supposed to be that way. Check out the photos! Singer 201-2 Vintage Singer 201 Sewing Working Machine1953 Serial AL376411 201-2 Direct Drive. Vintage Singer Sewing Machine. It's a 201(201-2) with"potted motor" Direct drive motor. It was put into a modern case in the 60s(you can see that from the photos) No booklet. But there are plenty of tutorials online for these. Sews very smooth in both forward and reverse. This model has a reverse that will run full speed in backwards for more versatile use. I tested it out on both regular fabric, standard leather belt and doubled up leather belt and it powered through easily. I dusted and wiped down the entire machine as well as oiled each and every point of movement and added a small amount of grease on the bottom end. Machine was not heavily used. Decals are in decent shape, as is the clear coat. Will be packed using a combo of heavy ... morefoam. Packing peanuts and bubble wrap. The Singer 201 was a work horse. Big Bobbin, Used about a year and a half, sews an 8 point box pattern that is 2 3/4 by 1 5/8, we were using Tex 350 5 cord thread on it, completely reconditioned when we bought it- not alot of time on it since then, had a new motor, table, cam setup- pretty much everything, We paid $4500 for it, this would be excellent for sewing tow straps or possibly tack. Picked this up at an estate sale and figured we didn't need as many sewing machines around so this nice collectible has to go. Works nice. But has no bobbin. Some of the plastic posts on top are missing, but could be replaced with wooden dowels. Features zig-zag and straight stitch along with 27 built in stitches and twin needle(which we have no clue how to use) There are the small feet on the back where it used to be mounted in a cabinet.
