Awesome Ajusco Industrial Desk or Table Lamp I got this lamp a couple of years ago. No shade included, it worked perfect for a month or so. My granddaughter loved it, especially the toggle switch. Needless to say she toggled it to death one day. I took it apart with full intention of fixing it right away, but somehow it ended up in a closet. So I am hoping that someone would love to do something great with this awesome lamp and at least make it work again. Lamp stands 12 1/4" high and the heavily weighted base is 21 1/4" around Lamp is silver in color. Green felt covers the cement filled? bottom, has an 8 1/2 foot gray cord. You're looking at an original 1940s Angle Steel Company factory stool with original seat and backrest. This stool is in good vintage condition and as you can see in pic#12. It was originally used by a WWII U.S. Navy torpedo station. It possess its a military green steel finish. Showing wear commensurate with age including light rust, pitting, marks etc. The wood has a natural patina and is very clean, without splitting or cracks. Very sturdy and stable. The feet show some rust and one foot(pic#10) has a crack but this doesn't affect the stool's stability. This US Blind Stitch model 718-9 came from a working shop that was closed due to health reasons. I don't know anything about these machines but I did plug it in and it ran fine and was really fast when the pedal is pressed all the way down. It has sat under a storage shed for 3-4 months and has developed a little surface rust on the dial and on the bolt heads on the table due to the humidity. This is a heavy machine of industrial quality. Even the light works. The motor on under the table looks very clean and may have been replaced at some point but not form sure. Item Details Description Industrial Machine Age Decor Transmission/Rear End Gear Steampunk Art Crafts. It has the outer planetary set in the top of the housing. Single notched internal cog at the bottom inside the ball shaped housing. It has rust, dirt, wear and tear from normal use. It measures approx. 3" tall x 5" diameter with 1-1/4" ID through the center. Make a nice lamp base. All items for sale locally. Do not wait if you want to own it as it may be sold and removed from ebay at any time. Note: I work double shifts and odd hours at my real job.
