Steel strap tensioner and sealer/crimper tool. There is no name on either tool. However they were purchased at Broward Paper and Packaging, who currently sells the Signode brand of strapping tools. The tools are in very good used condition, they were used at a local cabinet maker's shop and have been sitting in his warehouse for some time, unused.
