This is a used Signode SCH-34 Banding machine. There is a little damage to the front. The metal looks to be broke there but it doesn't look to hurt its working parts. It looks like some one dropped it. I can't test it. But everything seems to move. The handles to make the wheels turn at both ends. When either of the cycle switches was depressed the strapping was automatically pulled through the machine and setup for an object to be strapped. The next time the cycle button was pressed, the strapping wrapped around the object, it was pulled tight, the ends melted together and then a nice clean cut. Sometimes when the strapping was being pulled through it got jammed at the guide cover ... morepin assembly, and we had to start over, then it worked. A good cleaning, adjustments and/or replacement of the guide cover pin assembly, may take care of this problem, but we are not sure. No further testing was done. We were able to successfully band boxes without issue. The length of banding is adjustable up to 9.9 ft and the tension is adjustable up to 99 lbs. The power cord has some electrical tape around it.
