4 Vintage 14" Slicer Knifes for Berkel Machine Three are marked Berkel. 1 marked SOSTEEL Germany. Actual diameter is 13- 7/8" Arbor diameter is 1" One crate board edge says 3675 0085. All have areas of rust. One has a nick. See picture. These came out of a restaurant about 25 years ago. They have been in shed, in a cabinet since. I have removed from boards. Washed and scrubbed with green scratchy, and remounted to boards. See pictures for detail.
