VINTAGE 1960's HOBART MODEL 410 MEAT & CHEESE DELI SLICER 10" - EXCELLENT!
Up for your bidding consideration is this used vintage 1960's Hobart model 410 10" meat and cheese deli slicer. It is in excellent physical and operational condition and will bring many years of future service. It comes to you complete with a barely used blade sharpening attachment and the stones show minimal usage. I personally disassembled this unit and cleaned it from top to bottom(it was pretty grungy) Installed a new appliance cord, and tested its operation. The only flaw that I found was that the bottom blade guard has a small stress crack in it, but there are no missing pieces. The blade is in good shape but does show a bit of wear from previous usage and will need the edge touched up when received. I did not want to sharpen it to a fine edge for fear of injury during shipment. This is a perfect size slicer for that small ... moremom& pop deli or sandwich shop, or it would be great for the home.
