Hobart JAC Oliver Bakery Bread Slicer
JAC Face slicer. Branded as Oliver. This is an AUTOMATIC heavy duty machine that is in excellent condition. Works perfectly. New Blades installed a few months ago($100 value) The only reason we are parting with this is that we need a machine that can do a little higher volume. JAC slicers are some of the best. We have two other larger machines. This model has an automatic loaf pusher, so all you have to do is put the bread in the slicer and push a button and the machine does the rest.
