Globe "Chefmate" Deli Slicer Model #GC12D FREE SHIPPING
Use for one year in low volume store. Functions beautifully and blade is sharp with no damage. The thickness knob is fully functional and consistent. But does not read accurately to the millimeter. I had no problem adapting. My restaurant rolled out a line of sandwiches as a test product but they didn't sell so I cancelled the program. Hence the sale of the slicer. This model is 1/2hp which is essential if you want to cut cheese as well as meat and veggies. There is a spec sheet included in the photos.

Cheese slicer this has been tested and works perfectly BUT the sharpener part was a dissembled and one stone broken when I got it I picked up some hardware and put it back together the best I could I am sure the larger bolt is not the one that is intended to be there this has only been whipped down for pictures. Hi there I have an amazing commercial meat slicer that is in amazing condition! It's really only been used three times and has a blade that could cut through metal! The sharping stones are still on and brand new! The only issue is the bottom plastic broke on one of the side corners from putting on bottom shelf and we lost one foot but they are 12 on eBay. Neither affect it in any way. The rest is shinny and ready! It really needs to be put in a deli because it needs to be showed off! Haha anyways any questions feel free to ask. It will probably need to be taken apart and cleaned really well before it is used in a restaurant or shop environment. It does work and the blade spins nicely. The top blade shield looks like it is just missing some sort of knob and because of that it does wiggle a bit.
