This is the last pair we have. These were pulled from a working SA-100 and will repair one blown channel. They were matched by Counterpoint when the amp was made. The auction is for two RFM10P12 and two RFM10N12 MOSFETs. These are original equipment and were working at the time the amp was disassembled by us during an upgrade restoration. Keep in mind these are about 20 years old. There is no way to test the condition of a MOSFET. So I have now way of knowing how long they will continue to work.

It is one of the simplest and cheapest broadband HF linear amplifier designs for a 400w-500w output from 1.8 Mhz up to 30 Mhz It does not require any special components. They can easily be sourced from ebay and maplin etc. The winning bidder will receive the four mosfets and I will email a scanned copy of the magazine articles that gives detailed constructional information. Pictures and circuit diagram of how to build the amplifier. For the amplifier in the photo I used SD29 31-10 mosfets. The MRF151 supplied have identical specifications. 10 watts in will ... moregive 400w to 500w on all the HF bands. 5 watts from a QRP radio will give you 300w to 350w output from the amplifier. A DC supply of between 40v and 50v is required. Plenty of switched mode supplies on ebay. Or even use three or four 12v lead acid batteries in series to power it. These are the last set of four mosfets I have for sale and I will not be able to obtain any more. I have sold approx fifty of these over the last year. Both on ebay and privately without any issues.
