Has two tuning varactors for phase locking and for frequency modulation: 1 VDC(current limited) applied to top varactor deviates the output frequency 25 MHz. Extending out from one side is a copper coax sampler(with connector) for phase locking. Also has machine screw adjustment that varies the output frequency a few hundred MHz.
