Swaptronics germanium fuzz face pedal.uses two 2N404 transistors. Nice build quality and sooo easy on the pocket book. Internal trmmer inside for tuning tranny voltage. I purchased this pedal because of price and wanted to see if it sounded like my favorite fuzz.the Oxfuzz( which has the 2N404 transistors) It was pretty close but did not have the low end that the Ox had. BUT it does now! I replaced the.01 output cap with a.1 mullard tropical fish(like the Ox has)and there it was! Nice full. Smooth fuzz.
