Mesa Boogie Three Channel Triple Rectifier Guitar Amp Head (HEAD ONLY, NO CAB)
I've had this amp for a few years now and love it. I'm making the move to country music and I have no need for the crunch anymore. There are a couple scrapes in the vinyl on the top of the amp from normal wear and tear(you can see them in the picture) I promise you they are just aesthetic though. The amp still cranks. I've included the footswitch, cover, original manuals, and cables. I just recently replaced the tubes(and pre amps) with non mesa tubes. Anyone who knows the triple rectifier knows how awesome they are! I will only ship this item to the lower 48 states. If you would like to arrange a local pick up in NH that can be arranged as well.

Mesa Boogie 3-channel Dual Rectifier 100W Guitar Amp w/ heavy duty ATA roadcase
You are looking at my 3-channel 100 watt Dual Rectifier. I have not used this amp consistently since my last band broke up over two years ago. I do. However, fire it up every now and then, and it still sounds great! I bought this particular amp used around five years ago, and I gigged heavily with it for the three years after that. The amp does have some minor cosmetic damage from the previous owner(see photos) but was kept in its heavy duty ATA roadcase the entire time I owned it. The road case is included with the amp, and provides the best protection you could ever want. Also included are the mesa footswitch and footswitch cable, as well as a power supply cable. The power supply cable is not the original one that came with the amp, but one that I bought after I lost the original. The reason I am selling is that I rarely play out anymore ... moreso this setup really isn't practical, and I no longer play the kind of music that requires the kinds of thick tones that this amp can give you. 1964 VOX AC50 head, rare valve rectifier model, monster rock tone when turned up
I'm sure I'll regret selling this one but need to let go of some stuff! This is a 1964 Vox AC50 head that I had sent over from the UK a few years ago. It was in need of some repair so I took it to Alan Phillips. Who is now making Carol Ann Amplifiers. At the time he was just starting his amp company and was still doing repairs. Being from the UK himself, he's very familiar with Vox amps. He did an overhaul on the amp and I saved all the old parts when I got it back, they'll be included with the amp. This thing is a screamer! When you turn it up it has a great overdrive like an old Marshall. I remember Alan even remarking that he'd forgotten how good these old AC50's can sound. Really a huge sound thru a nice 4x12 cab. This is one of the earlier versions with the tube rectifier. I have another later one with the solid ... morestate rectifier and it is very clean sounding compared to this one. No where near the balls. But I have the whole matching setup for that one so I'm letting this one go first. It does have a replaced output tranny as the old one was gone. It came from a company in the UK that makes exact replica transformers. Similar to what Mercury Magnetics does here. It was expensive! The back panel is a repro as well as the Vox metal tag on the back. Not a great"collecters" piece but a super sounding vintage Vox. The previous owner was a real"stickler" for keeping this amp clean and in top-notch operating order. I bought this item from the original. And only other owner. From the moment the amp arrived at his home, he said he kept it in a live-in road case. Based upon the condition I have no reason to doubt him. It is obvious that he was very meticulous in his care for and maintenance of the amp. He replaced the rectifier and power tubes each year even though they never failed, nor required replacements(he sent me the ones he took out of the amp for evidence) He always used Mesa tubes purchased directly from Mesa in Petaluma, CA. The current tubes have a few hours on them, but appear to be in great shape and sound fine. ... moreThe slip cover is included and appears to have never been used. When I received the amp. I took it out of the original road case to inspect it thoroughly. I found that it was extremely clean and practically in a dust free condition. The only cosmetic issue I found was a very small indention in the tolex on the top near the front right corner and even it is hardly noticeable. Overall, I would give the cosmetic condition a rating of 9 out of 10. The footswitch has some scuffs, but works flawlessly. I have played through the amp in all settings. Checking each combination of the footswitch(channels, SOLO, and FX) as well as turning every knob on the head. They all worked perfectly without any lag or scratchiness. Everything appears to be as operational as the day it left the factory. In the limited time that I have owned this amp, I have never had any problems with its performance. Overall I would give the functional aspect of the amp a rating of 9+ out of 10. I would really like to keep it. And purchased it for that very reason. The smaller positive post is labeled"TANTALUM" and the larger negative post is labeled"LEAD" The top, which is made of some type of composite material, is embossed with much of the information previously mentioned. It is also labled"TYPE C1" and"FORM B" While in use, this antique battery would have been filled with sulfuric acid. At 150 watts. This thing is loud! I am always amazed at this thing at full volume, but I rarely have turned it up that high. Mostly played at low bedroom volumes. 1961 FENDER BASSMAN 6G6 GUITAR AMP HEAD + 2X12 SPEAKER CABINET TUBE RECTIFIER! Very cool 1961 Fender Bassman tube amp. Head and matching 2x12 cabinet set. VERY rare and desirable first year 6G6 model with TUBE RECTIFIER. Brown control panels, white knobs with Presence control, rough blonde tolex, oxblood grille cloth, dogbone handles, flat script Fender logos. SO COOL! NOTICE EARLY CONTROL PANEL ONLY READS"BASS" INSTEAD OF"BASS INSTRUMENT" ON THE FIRST CHANNEL. AND IT SAYS"DESI G N& CIRCUITS P AT. PEND. UNDER THE PILOT LIGHT! Amp was serviced about a year ago. Some capacitors have been replaced and amp has brand new Tung-Sol 5881 power tubes. Telefunken GZ-34 rectifier tube. Everything works 100% And amp sounds GREAT. Big, full, wonderful tone at ANY volume level. Amp is in good clean USED condition- has wear. ... moreScratches, dings here and there, some tarnishing of the metal parts, but overall is very nice. Original dogbone handles on head and cab are perfect- NOT cracked or broken like they usually are. White knobs are all original. Amp head hold down clamps and knobs are perfect. Speaker cabinet did have wheels on the bottom at one time, but they have been removed and the original"glide" feet are still there. Electronics. Transformers, etc are all original(except for the cap job and tubes as mentioned above) Here are the"numbers" for all you gearheads: Tube chart stamped model 6G6 with a handwritten"A" Date stamp is smudged but reads KG, which would translate to July, 1961. Notice tube chart also specifies the GZ-34 tube rectifier. The center baffle in the speaker cabinet is also date stamped KG. Chassis serial number is BP 01141. Power transformer- 125P5B. 606144. Choke trans. 125C1A. 606125. Output transformer- FENDER 125A5A. 606-146. Speakers- cab had the wrong speakers in it when I got the amp- I had a nice matched set of Bassman correct 1963 Oxford model 12M6-11 heavy duty 12's in another cab so I switched them out. Speakers are both dated 465-339(

ATA Mesa Boogie Dual Rectifier ATA Head and 8-space Shock Rack Case FREIGHT Ship
Custom road case made by Mental Case Inc. based in Myrtle Beach. SC. Google them and you'll see a LOT of major label artists such as Van Halen. Buckcherry, Shinedown, and MANY more artists that Mental Case builds road cases for. I originally built to house a Traynor YCS-100H with an 8-space shock-rack. It has also housed a Mesa Dual Rectifier, Traynor YCS-50H and a 2-channel Mesa Triple Rectifier. I have some extra foam for fitting different size heads into the case that will be included. The opening from foam to foam in the head compartment is 27W x 10.5T x 13D. There is a front and rear lid that latch on with heavy-duty butterfly latches. Case is constructed with 3/8" black ABS laminated plywood. It's a rock-solid case and kept all those heads in like-new condition for the time that I owned them. I'm not touring anymore ... moreand don't need this serious of a rig anymore. I paid $650 for this case new. Buyer can pick up in person in the Greenville. SC area or pay shipping costs. This unit is in Excellent+ physical condition- it was always located in my home studio and only has a few small blemishes- no tears. Exposed wood, or major dings.
