This is a Schenk 8-color. 14-Station Automatic Screen Printing Press. I bought this machine used and was told it came from a company in Florida that printed Disney merchandise. It was disassembled in Florida and moved to Atlanta, Georgia, which is where I bought it. I drove from Amarillo, Texas to Atlanta, Georgia and picked the press up myself. Two weeks after I bought this press, I bought an entire screenprinting company that already had an automatic press. I have never assembled the press, it has been in stored in my back shop since I bought it, therefore, all I really know is what I was told when I bought it. I don't have the need, nor the room to operate two automatics in my shop, so I chose to sell this press to give me more room. There is a Schenk USA distributor located in Los Angeles, CA. according to them, this press sold new ... morefor around $130,000.00. Like all German equipment, it is very well engineered and well built. It has air lock screen clamps, individually adjustable air regulators on each head, etc. There is no economical way to ship this, it would cost a fortune to have someone ship it for you. I used a 24' enclosed trailer to move it and it was totally full. You would need to pick this up at my shop and would need to bring help to load everything. I could arrange to have a fork lift to load the base, everything else can be moved and loaded by hand. If you have questions, I will be happy to try to answer them for you. It is located in my back shop, so I can go back there and look at anything you ask about or take additional pictures of anything specific and email them to you. 6 head 4 station manual screen printing press. Very heavy duty, very good condition. It does have a few paint blemishes, a bent bolt or two from transport, and a couple hand knobs missing from two of the adult platens, one of leveling legs has a broken hand knob, none of which affects functionality whatsoever. Includes 4 child platens, 4 adult platens, and a sleeve platen. This press is not a cheaply built press. It has micro registration and a centering assist to help stop the press rotation as you're moving from station to station so you can land under heat flash between colors. Everything works excellent. You won't find many this well built. I have a press that is 3 years newer and it is half the press, even though I paid same money for both.

Screen Printing Hat Platen for M & R Blue Max II Silk Screen Press
This is a Hat Platen for M&R Blue Max Screen Presses. I believe it came from a Blue Max II. It is in good shape although it still has a mess of dried glue. Or the remainder of those glue pads still adhered to it… it should not be too difficult to clean, I just don't have a scraper handy. Feel free to contact me for measurements to make sure it will fit your press. I had planned to adapt it to my old Harco press. But I have now sold off most of my equipment.
