Electric Textile Screen Printing conveyor dryer
Hix electric textile dryer. Overall 27 feet long. 13 foot heat chamber, 11 foot in feed, 3 foot out feed. Dryer is being replaced with a new dryer. We use this dryer everyday currently. There are a total of 5 heat panels in the heat chamber, two of the heat panels are starting to fail and will need to be replaced. The belt is 48 inches wide. We installed wheels on the dryer for easier transporting. The dryer was purchased new approximately 13 years ago. A flat bed car hauler has worked great to move this dryer.

I don't know much about this dryer. I bought it at an auction I know it was used in production however I have never hooked it up so I don't know what it needs work. I do have the belt for it. This is a local pickup only the machine is very heavy and you will need a large trailer and some help there is no way it will fit in a pickup truck. If you know how to work on these machines and can fix it this would be a good buy. The machine must be paid for and picked up within five working days after end of the auction! I need this shop space. I cannot arrange for any shipping.

VASTEX D-100 Screen Printing Conveyor Dryer / Oven - EX+ Condition :
We bought the Vastex D-100 a few months ago and it has been a fantastic dryer. Especially for a small shop that is putting out 100-125 shirts/hr. We have used it for 10 jobs and put between 500-700 shirts thru it TOTAL. Seriously light use. Our shop has used this for plastisol and Union plasticharge with perfect results every time. We will be moving to an automatic print machine in the next 6months-1year and need to buy a large dryer to get ready for the jump. Only reason we are selling this dryer. In fantastic cosmetic and funcional condition. Save a few hundred $ off a new one and get one that is as close to new as you can get.

Vastex Econored Conveyor Dryer 220v Screen Printing Conveyor Dryer Oven
This is an older Vastex Econored Conveyor Dryer that I purchased in 2012 and had converted to a digital temperature controller and solid-state relays(instead of the mercury relay it came with) I have installed a high volume low noise blower as an upgrade to the factory fan that sounded like a power drill. There are 2 blowers installed in the photos but it only has one now. Which is plenty. The machine is hardwired to a 220V/ 50A circuit. There are three heat units in the hood, but I have only 2 connected. The third could be connected easily if you wanted, but I've found that 2 are plenty and only running 2 helps conserve power. In fact, the machine is set up so that you can select either or both of the heater units, and I have run a single heat unit before with great success by slowing the belt down. The belt will need to be replaced ... morewithin the next few years, at a cost of $2-300. It hasn't deteriorated much in the 2 years I've been using it, so I believe it will last you quite a while longer, but see the pic for belt condition so you're not disappointed. AWT 52"x80" 5280 screen printing press and dryer
This is a complete single color clam shell press we purchased new with a 60" x 10' U.V. dryer. The press is set up for a take off. But one is not included. The press and dryer were functioning well when we removed it from service last week. We needed to increase our press size which is the only reason this equipment is for sale. The U.V. dryer could use a new conveyer belt. But the one that is on it was working ok. We also have builds for the dryer that will go with it. The price listed includes the press AND dryer!
