I have for sale my entire Screen printing set up which includes the following: A 4 color 2 station Ryonet Silver printing press with 2 pallets. Purchased from Ryonet approx 2 years ago for $950.00 as seen on their website screenprinting.com An 18 inch by 18 inch overhead flash dryer with stand purchased for $500 about 3 months ago(have receipt) I purchased a ryonet 20x24-8 bulb exposure unit about 2 years ago that recently crapped out on me. It still kind of works but needs repair. In the meantime. I rigged it up with a shop light to use as an overhead expoure unit(see picture) It actually works faster then the original $400 dollar unit from ryonet! If you can fix the original unit, its yours and you can keep the one I made as a backup. Livingston Systems 2-color screeprinting press, Epson 3000 w/equipment, supplies
The screenprinting press was brought from Livingston Systems for about $250 in 2005. Later bought were a second arm—thus capacity to print two colors directly—and two microadjustment attachments for each arm. Altogether about another $250. When screenprinting heat transfers, which is not direct printing, once can accomplish multiple colors even with a one-color press. Included but not photographed is a squeegee to press ink through the screen. Included are other equipment and of supplies not photographed. There are inks. Degreaser, dehazer, hardener, so on, although some are expired. Not originally sold with the press. The platens were bought separately. Livingston Systems cut two from plywood—I coated them with AFM Safecoat products—and fashioned one from stainless steel. The platen well used is good with a glossy and hard finish. While ... moreits sticky stains become irrelevant when the platen is normally covered. The other wood platen's bottom has misplaced holes, although new holes could be drilled; the supposed sealant is tactile, holding lint, but could be covered. The metal can endure curing of ink on the press, yet does not quite fit atop either platen; it would fit on the secondary platen trimmed perhaps a half inch in length. A couple of scoop coaters to spread emulsion on the screen are including but not photographed. Included yet no photographed is a nearly full pack of Posjet film. 8.5 x 11 inches—I favor that line and used that company's ink in a retrofitted Epson 3000—and another pack of a few dozen sheets is large format and of a different brand that I do not know yet worked well for me. Screen Printing Kit w/ Exposure Unit. 2 color with 1 station press with the ability to be upgraded to a 4 color, 4 station press. 3 screens(two cleaned) 4 squeegees, 3 metal spatulas, heat gun, big wash tub, platen, transparent sheets, adhesive + scrapers, two light units with special bulbs and stands/clamps, rubber pad, glass plate + suction handle, timer, about 4-5 ink color pigments(may be too old for use now but I will still include them) big blue wash bin, possibly more I can't remember everything. I originally purchased this as a full kit off of ebay a few years ago for $699. And then I bought a separate kit for the exposure unit and a bunch of odds and ends pieces like the heat gun, transparent sheets, ect. It is a two color, one station press for now, you have the ability to add three stations more later on if you choose to and ... moretwo more color arms as well. All three of the screens have been used before, and only two of them are cleaned. The third one has a logo with emulsion on it and may be too old to have removed. They are metal screens, really big(I believe the screen area is 18"x24) The squeegees are completely clean and in perfect shape as well as the metal spatulas for applying ink. The exposure unit is in perfect shape and includes the lights, bulbs, clamps/stands, the black rubber pad, the glass plate and the plate suction handle. Plus there is a big, blue wash bin for rinsing out the screens. I will throw in my heat gun as well. I think that might be all, but I could be forgetting a few things. There are a LOT of pieces. Also something to keep in mind is that it needs to be bolted down to something. I used an old dresser and it worked really well(see the pictures) I will carefully ship everything in the big wash bin + packing peanuts and bubble wrap. See the pictures I posted for a better idea of what it looks like.
