This is a Schenk 8-color. 14-Station Automatic Screen Printing Press. I bought this machine used and was told it came from a company in Florida that printed Disney merchandise. It was disassembled in Florida and moved to Atlanta, Georgia, which is where I bought it. I drove from Amarillo, Texas to Atlanta, Georgia and picked the press up myself. Two weeks after I bought this press, I bought an entire screenprinting company that already had an automatic press. I have never assembled the press, it has been in stored in my back shop since I bought it, therefore, all I really know is what I was told when I bought it. I don't have the need, nor the room to operate two automatics in my shop, so I chose to sell this press to give me more room. There is a Schenk USA distributor located in Los Angeles, CA. according to them, this press sold new ... morefor around $130,000.00. Like all German equipment, it is very well engineered and well built. It has air lock screen clamps, individually adjustable air regulators on each head, etc. There is no economical way to ship this, it would cost a fortune to have someone ship it for you. I used a 24' enclosed trailer to move it and it was totally full. You would need to pick this up at my shop and would need to bring help to load everything. I could arrange to have a fork lift to load the base, everything else can be moved and loaded by hand. If you have questions, I will be happy to try to answer them for you. It includes two flash backs that have new infra red elements. 10 Adult Platens, 10 youth platens and 9 sleeve platens. There are also various width squeegies. Hopkins International RED AIR Conveyor dryer is also included in this auction. Also included are 36 each 21"x23" roller frames. Some have mesh and some need mesh. This unit requires an air compressor which is not included. I have a 5HP Campbell Hausfeld air compressor available to go with this unit. However it is not working and needs repair. You are welcome to take it. The oil leaked out and damaged the compressor pump. The motor still runs, but it needs a new pump. Tuf / Workhorse Javelin Automatic Screen Printing Press w/ 2 Flashbacks
This is a 6 Color 8 Station Automatic Screen Printing Press. It was in production until a couple weeks ago when we had to move it to make room for some other equipment. All heads were tested and functional before it is was palleted for shipping. It comes with a full set of 8 pallets and 8"V" squeegess(squeegees and floodbars are combined on this press for quick setup and removal) It also comes with 2 flashbacks. These units can be added to any head and you can[print. Flash] print, flash, print] or[print, flash, print, flash] The flashbacks make it possible to flash on a head without losing one of the print heads for a color. The one flashback has bulbs, was used regularly and was tested to work before palleted. The other one we never used so it has been in storage and hasn't been tested.
