14 ALUMINUM Silk Screen Frames 18x22 110 Mesh
These are high quality used silk screen frames. They have been lightly used-they need to be cleaned and reclaimed to be used again. None are older than 7 months old and have only been exposed once. Used solely with plastisol ink. They have never previously been reclaimed so they have a lot of life left in them. Original price paid was $19 per screen. Aluminum Frames are not affected by moisture or warping. Light weight- consistent tension. The mesh is 110. 18"x22" outside dimensions. There is a good bit of ink and tape on the screens so it will take a bit of work but they are in great condition and will be ready to print on your equipment once reclaimed. The lot will ship via UPS in 1 box. This is for 14 FRAMES! Good Luck.

6 Wood Screen Printing Frames 25" x 36" Assorted Mesh
6 Wood Screen Printing Frames measures 25 x 36. 4 have mesh and two do not. One of the frames that does not have mesh has a softer part in the wood(see picture 2) It is onlya small portion and will not hurt anything when restretched. 4 frames with mesh are in nice shape. No rips or tears and mesh is pretty tight. Does not appear to have been used more than one or two times. The one screen will need to have the ghosting image removed. I was out of the chemical or I would have cleaned it. The frames with mesh have numbers 60(2x) 110, and 156. However I do not have a mesh counter to see if these are that. But I do believe they are labeled correctly. Questions please ask.

This screen had some emulsion left on it for awhile. So while the majority of it was cleaned off, the corners have a little bit left over. The rest of the screen is perfectly clean, so the majority of the screen is usable. There is also the owner's name on the frame in sharpie, but it is written small. There are no nicks on the frame or screen. The mesh is 158. Advance Serimeter Screen Mesh Tensioner Tension Meter Screenprinting Equipment
Advance Serimeter Screen Fabric Tensioner/ Tension Meter(Made In USA) As dial/face on the meter indicates. This unit will read from 7-40 newtons. If your screens need to be higher tension than 7-40 newtons. This is not the meter for you. Please see photos and more detailed description below. Please note: This dial sits slightly to the left of the zero mark at top when it is not being used. Or sitting flat on it's back in the storage case. As seen in the first photo. So when you purchase the meter, this is where the dial will sit. When you place it in the box on it's back, as in the first photo. Testing the Tension Meter: Last photo shows the screen tension(25 newtons) written on the edge of the aluminum frame in magic marker. And the date that we had stretched the silkscreen mesh over the frame. That date is: July of 2008/ Newtons: ... more25. We placed the tension meter on the"sweet spot" middle) of the mesh. see photos#4 and#5 go get the reading. Test Results: As you can see from the meter reading in the photo#4. It is working. Again. The last photo shows a screen that was stretched to 25 newtons when it was new. Over time. Tension becomes lower on the frame as the mesh relaxes. So, the tension meter is now reading that the mesh is currently about 18-1/2 newtons(see photo#5) on this frame that we stretched 5-1/2 years ago. So. Argon Pneumatic Screen Printing Stretcher Fabric Stainless Mesh Industrial USA
You are bidding on one Argon Pneumatic Screen Printing Stretcher. This will stretch Fabric or Stainless Mesh and it is Industrial Grade unit. There are 12 free floating stretching cylinders. It is shown with a 27 inch square Aluminum frame. All you need is a flat table. An adequate air supply, and a few pipe fittings. The air supply pressure depends on the amount of tension that you want on the screen. We used this system for Stainless steel mesh pad printing and normally stretched the screens to 50 newtons-as I recall. We also used it for Polyester as shown in the picture. The really nice thing about this stretcher is that the cylinders are placed against the aluminum frame so that as the screen is stretched the frame is also tensioned; therefore. When the pressure is released the screen will not distort the frame and lose tension. Many ... morestretchers tension the screen and do not tension the frame so when the pressure is released the screen pulls the frame sides toward the center and lose tension. there are 12 cylinders and clamps. With a square frame you would use 6 to tension the Warp and 6 to tension the Weft. There are two air regulators one for the Warp and one for the Weft. There are also filters and cylinder oilers& 2 manifolds. There are 3 sizes of stretcher clamp bars(interchangeable) 9& 7/8 inches. 8& 1/2 inches, and 6& 1/2 inches(large, medium, small) If I counted right there are: 8 large, 12 medium, and 4 small. So there are 2 for each cylinder(12 extra) These can be changed to fit the specific screen size. Note: the Aluminum screen frame is not included. There is also 1 large oil coalescing filter shown that is not part of the unit. There will be 3 or 4 boxes totaling about 140 pounds. Note: The shipping price is only for the Lower 48 states.
