Glassmasters was in business for 40 years. Producing stained glass of the highest order. They silkscreened translucent enamel colors one at a time, drying them, as many as 16 times, then kiln-firing to 1100 degrees to permanently fuse them to the glass. They also reproduced art works for many museums and foundations: Tiffany. Frank Lloyd Wright, Disney, etc. Unfortunately. Glassmasters went out of business in 2005. This item is very unique and rarely seen in use as a dash light but I ordered it from Federal Signal many years ago because it was different. The"M" pattern the light creates is made so that is hits all three mirrors on a car when your approaching from the rear at intersections to get the attention of motorists. Used this light for many years and placed it in storage. I bench tested the light prior to listing it and it works fine. Item is equipped with a clear lens with minor wear and scratches. Signed Vietnam War print - 1st Cav LogBird unloaded by grunts in jungle clearing
Color print(4x6) from a slide shot by 1st Cav PIO photographer Terry Moon in 1969. 1st Cav skytroopers quickly unload C's. Water and precious mail from the 227th logbird that had very carefully landed in a small clearing in the jungle not far from Quan Loi in August 1969. The door gunner had to watch the tail rotor as it came very near trees as they landed. Descriptive caption label on back. Autographed by the Photographer. I served as a photographer with the First Cavalry Division from November 1968 to November 1969. Mostly based at the division Information Office at Phuoc Vinh as photo coordinator. I also had field time with 2nd brigade based at Lai Khe and working from LZs Grant, Carolyn, Jamie, White and several others.
