Temperature chamber-30 to 400 deg F Tenney Benchmaster TESTED Used environmental chamber with a range of-30 to 400 deg F in working condition. This tabletop temperature chamber uses electric heating and a single stage refrigeration system to provide a very usable temperature range. Although this unit is a few years old it was updated with newer electrical components and just recently serviced by a refrigeration technician. Temperature control is regulated with a Watlow 942A digital controller and over and under temp limits are set with the Omega CN76000 controller. Part of the updated controls is a switch that can select between using the installed temperature controller or using signals from a remote source to control the temperature. This feature makes use of the installed Crydom 6412 relay board. Although most users will simply use the ... moreinstalled Watlow controller. The capability is present to control this chamber remotely. The unit was tested from a range of-25 to 400 deg F and it worked very well. Being the controller was not tuned. Benchmaster MV-1 Vertical Milling Machine
This is a nice little Benchmaster MV-1 vertical mill. These little mills are highly sought after since they take up little space. Are a sturdy, very useful machine and made in the USA. I've had this one for over 4 years and it has served me well. It has leadscews on X, Y, and Z and not rack and pinion. There is a little play on the X and Y. The table is 18" X 6" with 3 T slots and as can be seen in the pictures there are some marks on the table where someone got too low with their endmill. I replaced the spindle bearings soon after buying the machine. It comes with a set of MT-2 collets to fit the spindle. Sizes included are 1/8, 3/16, 1/4, 5/16, 3/8, 7/16/ and 1/2" Motor is 1/2 HP 1725 RPM, and it has a reversing switch. Serial number is 284XX. For Sale a used Benchmaster Model 913 Straightening and Feeding machine. Serial number 19538. Manufactured in Gardena, California. Equipped with a Reeves Speed Control and Reeves Vari-Speed Motodrive mfg. in Columbus, Indiana. The 1HP Motodrive is size 3201-C-18 with a gear ratio of 3.14-1. Maximum RPM is 1108 and Minimum RPM is 185. There are 7 two-inch diameter rollers in the straightening unit on top of the machine. This machine runs on 220V power and has a convenient foot switch to operate the rollers. The machine is fully functional and runs normally. A couple of the bolts are replacements. The pieces in the last picture are buggered up and need to be replaced or repaired. Also. The table(which has a chip in it) fits the base but its way to tight. Original Benchmaster Sign from a 150 TON PRESS, Industrial
This Benchmaster sign is actually the cover plate for the hydraulic pneumatic compartment of a c.1980's 150 TON press. Sign is made of plate steel and is a real bruiser! Sign weighs approximately 14 lbs. and measures 26 inches wide and 19 inches tall. Check photos for condition. Some light scratches and spotting. Nice industrial advertising display piece.
