I am a professional photographer that doesn't have time or energy to fix it. I have recently gotten a new printer so this one is just collecting dust. Everything does power on and actually has new print heads and some new inks. comes with stand and 3 roll holder rails( can't think of the name) This really shouldn't be too hard to fix for someone with some tech knowledge. New Print Head Cleaning Cartridge& Ink Funnel were installed just prior to machine shut down. Printer powers up. But displays error codes and will not complete initialization. Last known problem was"Broken Bag" error code/ Replace Cyan Ink Cartridge" but no leak was visible and cartridge is 80% full. Three of the six ink cartridges are almost full and 3 are low to empty.
