THIS METER IS USED BECAUSE THERE ARE VERY FAINT MARKS FROM THE MOUNTING MACHINE SCREW HEADS. IT DOES NOT APPEAR TO HAVE NOT BEEN OPENED(SEE PHOTOS#4& 5 OF THE FLANGE SCREWS) IT DOES HAVE THE RUBBER FLANGE GASKET(SEE PHOTOS#2& 3) BELIEVE THAT THIS METER IS IN EXCELLENT CONDITION. BUT I HAVE NO WAY TO TEST IT. USING MY HIGHLY SOPHISTICATED WET-FINGER-AND-PENLIGHT-CELL TECHNIQUE. I GET GOOD DEFLECTION IN BOTH DIRECTIONS. THE MOVEMENT APPERS TO BE FINE. AC Volt panel meter by weston. Check the picture for details on condition. The gauge goes from 0-25. The back of the meter appears to read 100 ohms per volt. But the last 0 is covered by something, probably more of the glue that was used on the lens. Approximately 2 3/4" across the face 2 1/4" across the rear casing. The needle moves freely.
