THE NEEDLE IMMEDIATELY MOVED TO HALF-SCALE IN ONE DIRECTION. Similar style instrument with German writing on it. Could be a modified Triplett? EU power plug. Also included in the box is an old vacuum tube. Some vacuum tube adapters(that's what they look like to me anyways) a couple of pouches for storing these, and a couple of screens taken from similar Triplett test instruments.
