Spade terminals have been added to the wire leads. It has been used only briefly. The original box shown in the photo is not included. Some minor wear, and it is quite dirty from storage. This one has remnants of attachment cabling wired up, and some toggle switches installed. The far right-hand switch(by"Potomac" seems to be inoperable or jammed. It's an older issue, with the low serial# 121. Meters deflect. Not frozen, and I was advised by an engineer that it was in good working condition when removed from service. Please note this is old electronics and as such is sold as-is. For auction is one Modutec meter movement 0-200uA. Tested and working fine. There is a minor crack in the plastic cover that will not show when the meter is panel mounted. This will not affect proper operation. The Legend on the meter face is scaled for a high voltage ac voltmeter but can be swapped by removing the plastic front cover. This is a very common meter in high potential(HiPot) insulation testers and requires a voltage divider and rectifier to drive the meter properly.
