Numbers go from 0 to 75 on the meter. Of which the number panel is loose and has a dark age color. Under D.C. Volts is printed: RES- 10.000 OHMS" This item is rusty. And is missing the screws that hold it together. Glass could use some cleaning. Untested and working condition unknown.
