Showcased some of the performers of the era that used Fender Instruments. I purchased about 14 of these and they appear to have never been distributed, or otherwise, they appear to be new old stock. As shown in the pictures the staples holding the pages together have rusted and there is some wear/storage damage at the bottom outside spine where the finish has worn off. If you repair tube equipment this is a must have! That is why I have it. Vacuum tubes give you the sound that only a tube can produce. Sure the newer digital amps are great and do simulate the tube sound well but. Side by side with a real tube amp you can tell the difference instantly on the first note even if you are not an audiophile. This offer is for a unique. Authentic WW2 vintage Gyro Horizon Flight Indicator Type E-1, General Electric PN 8KB2AC. What sets this Gyro Horizon Indicator apart from all of the others you see offered is that this unit is not powered pneumatically(i.e. suction) but electrically. This is the first and likely only one of these we've seen. It bears the marking of the US Army Air Forces on the dial(see photos) Which means that it was built for the military prior to Sept 1947, when the US Air Force became a separate service from the US Army. You can also see the spec sheets of the Type E-1 Indicator from TO No 05-01-67 dated 20June 1944. According to the spec sheet, the unit was used by the US Army Air Force, the US Navy, and the RAF. I'm selling off a Vintage Protune Corp Electric Tuner model M440. This tuner shows wear. Has some residue from velcro from a previous life and WILL NOT TURN ON. I can’t seem to find any information about this model online either so I’m sure what kind of power supply is required to power it up. I opened it up and everything seems to be there with no loose or disconnected wires. It seems to have type of battery pack in it. I know their newer model is marketed for tuning timpani drums and sells for close to $200 dollars so this might be a great buy for someone with the proper knowledge.
