This is a USED MSA SCBA tank. Manufacture Date: 8/96 Hydro test date: 2001(I cant read the whole label) We have several more we will list as we finish checking them out. They were all holding air when we received them but we have to discharge them and leave the empty/ valve open to ship per regulations. NOTE: I do not know what the life limit is on this brand of tank. It may be past the life limit recommended for safety use. Check before purchasing if this is something you plan to put into service rather than for training purposes. We do know the Hydro test is past the 5 year duration so it needs a new hydro. You get only what you see in the photos. Nothing more. SHIPPING We list 3 days handling time but typically ship next day. I had to increase the handling time to 3 days due to a recent ebay policy that punishes sellers if they do not ... moreship within the stated time. Unfortunately this policy does not take into account holidays or weekends. So we added the extra days to take into account days that we do not ship in case you order on a Friday evening we will not ship until the following Monday morning. For example.
