This is a USED/ surplus AWG Piston Intake Valve. It has a threaded 5.0" NST female fitting on one end and a 6.0" NST threaded female fitting on the other side. These are the sizews that are stamped on the fittings. There is a bit of corrosion inside the 6" threaded end. But the piston still moves up and down. It is a bit hard to turn but does turn smoothly.
