Streamlight Survivor SL-90X Flashlight. I believe this was originally used by a firefighter. Not sure if it currently is approved for firefighting use. Not sure how old it is. It currently works fine and the battery pack charges fine but the light goes dim quickly. A new rechargeable compatible battery pack is needed. The original charger works good but the outlet plug part has the casing wrapped in electrical tape to hold it together since the casing fell apart.
