This is a USED Medtronic/ Physio Control model Lifepak 12 monitor with the accessories shown. It includes the following(nothing more) Lifepak 12 main unit Cover with screen protector 2 paddles 2 packs of electrode pads(one infant and one adult/child) 2 USED batteries that are installed It has 2 USED batteries so I do not know the amount of use they have seen or what capacity they still hold. They took a charge and we can power on the unit. It was last certified in 6/10 so it may need a new certification. It came from a fire department that got new equipment. i was told it was working when removed from service and put in storage but have no way to fully test it. It is sold AS IS/ untested. It helps to grab the paper and guide it out of the printer. So the paper may not print normally and this will need some form of repair if you intend to use the printer.
