Italian Gold Gilt Florentine Wood Calendar Holder Desk Tray 21"
This is an Italian Gold Gilt Desk tray or calendar holder. It measures 21" wide. However, the space for the calendar to lay on the tray measures 17" wide. The tray is 13" long. The edges of the tray are done in a green over gold gilding and have a pair fish or dolphin desgins on each side. The back side is wood panel and it is marked"Made in Italy" and the original John Wanamaker's(high end department store from New York, Philadelphia and Paris) label is still intact. There is wear to the gold gilt surface on the tray where the calendar would rest, but still a very nice vintage decorator piece in a hard to find form. Vintage Pair Of Ship's Wheel Wood & Glass Small Desk Lamps Both Work No Shades
This auction is for a pair of ship's wheel desk or nightstand lamps. The bases and spindls appear to be made of maple but stained cherry. There is a hobnail glass cleft halfway up each lamp. Most of the metal separating the wood and glass is brass. There are no lampshades with these lamps. Without a light bulb. They stand 9 inches tall. The base measures 6 inches across from end of one hand grip to another. Both lamps work, but the cords are the old cloth covered rubber cords, and they're both decaying. Vintage hand carved Wood Scottie / Dogs Germany /crazy glass eyes / Desk set
I found these at a thrift store. I thought they were so cute and different that someone might enjoy them. I don't see any makers marks but there is one I saw on ebay that looks like it is from the same set that is marked Germany. They look like they were part of a desk set. The heads move and come off. See 10th pic. The larger piece is 11 1/2" by 8" the smaller one is 9" by 4" There is what looks like ink stain in one of the round wells. There is a split in the wood of the large piece, see 9th pic. Please see pics for condition. These weigh about 3 lbs.

Up for consideration is a gently used Herman Miller made. Thomas Newhouse designed home office desk. The desk has two half moon drop leaves. As the desk is seen in the first picture. It measures 70" from left to middle and is 65" from middle to right. When the left leaf is up, it is 94" from left to middle. The desk is 29" tall. There is also a rectangular leaf that comes off that is at the front of the desk. I'm really not sure what this is for. See this in picture 3 and 4.
