A couple of times I bought stuff that I thought was new in the box and it turned out to be used or a piece or part was missing because I didn't take the time to scrutinize the item closely during the purchase. Well. This is one of those items. Firstly. After numerous attempts searching the Internet using multiple search engines, I couldn't find a darn THING about this item! It either doesn't really exist or is from another planet I'm figuring. Then. When I removed it from the box and wrapping to photograph it, I found that one pen is missing, I substituted a new, thin pencil in it's ... moreplace) the wood is faded in one area(where the slits are where you would place folders or papers I assume) AND the battery compartment cover doesn't stay on(although the clock works fine without it when U stick a battery in it. Thanks goodness for small favors, right? LOL Anyway. The lady I bought it from told me it was brand new and I'm thinking she lied just to get rid of it or maybe she really didn't know since she was selling a buncha stuff people gave to her to sell at an estate sale. Anyway. It's still useable and has the working pen and a really small writing pad, new pencil and working clock. Is this a Victor? I have no idea. But it looks like one. But one thing for sure, it is nice looking. It is black on black. With sleek lines, all in a small desktop case that measures a mere 12 inches long, 7 i nches w ide. And 5 inches tall. And it' s portable! Weighing in at just over 8 pounds(including the paper) With no bothersome cords to haul around, you can take it with you everywhere you go! Back in its day. This wa s the thing to have. As to when its day was. I have no idea. But i t is old. It has no chips or cracks of any kind. There is only very light scuffing from use by people who took care of their equipment. It is missing only one screw on the bottom. It is also missing a clip that holds the han dle on. Even without the clip the handle stays on and works fine. All you do is to keep a slight pressure inward as you work the ... morehandle. The clip is in the shape of a C. Made of wire. It clips around the handle, and when the handle is pushed in, it engages a groove on the shaft that it slips onto. You can get these at a good hardware store. The kin d of store with all of the draw ers with nuts and bolts(not a box store. Although they could possibl y have one) It does work as indicated by the numbers that I printed on the paper tape. However. I don't know how to"work" it as far as what switches do what. So I don't know what the result was of the number with the T and S. I really like it. But I must put it up for sale for at least one week as required by the law of my home. However, if no one buys it. Then I'll get a clip for th e handle and a screw for the bottom. Then I'll spray it clean with a can of cleaner(after I take it apart) then l ube it. Because of its relatively small size. And with it s sleek contours. It will look great on my oak des k. Anyway. This vintage/antique industrial age office chair is on wheels and swivels. It's in very good vintage/antique condition. It may have been recovered. I'm not sure. The color is a nice brown. And the covering is in good condition. The chair is a nice compact size. Total height 35" Seat height from floor 18" Seat depth 15" Seat width 17" I believe the wood is oak. However I'm not sure, it has a nice patina. The back of the chair has studs.

A hand made work bench/ desk refinished by our staff, and a grey Faries desk lamp. This set of furniture would be perfect for furnishing a foyer, hall, or small office. The items all have great patina from age and look great together. The all wood Sit-Rite chair has great charm and warmth. The bottom of the seat is stamped"SIT-RITE EDWARD L. KOENIG MFG. CHICAGO. ILL" in green ink. There are bolts for adjusting the back protrusion, back height, and seat height. The seat can be adjusted between 17 1/4 in. 27 1/4 in. in 1 in. increments. The chair has a 13 ¼ in. x 15 3/4 in. foot print.
