There are some usual spots and scratches like any other used item. But does not affect the overall look of the chair. Chair has a Mid Century Modern design. But actually dates back 1985. The fabric may need some cleaning but otherwise in good overall shape. I believe the chair height is not meant to adjust as it does not have a pneumatic device. Circa 1940 Office Desk. 4' x 3' very good condition. The drawers are 3' long each. The lamp is also included in this auction. The desk pad and glass top are not available; the glass top was broken by the movers. The movers also made 3 gashes on the top of the desk. We tried to blend in the gashes with a brown marker, but I'm sure it can be fixed in a more professional. Other than that(and a little wear along the bottom and sides) it is in very good shape.
