It powers up when plugged in. When you push the mic button the second light-lights up. I would assume that means the mic is good. The mic cord goes into the body of the radio there is tape on the cord- the mic cord not the power cord. The radio is dirty and doesn't seem to have been cleaned in some time. It is yellowed in places that would make me think it came from a smoker. It powers up and is very dirty so please buy as is no returns.

The shade is black metal like a black tole. Check out the pretty base, it is solid wood, I believe oak and has a felt bottom to protect the desk or table it sit's on. Up for auction is an extremely rare pair of vintage tubular lounge chairs from the estate of a set designer. Who was responsable for motion pictures at different locations in the USA at the early 1980s and several public relation movies for US Headquarters in West-Berlin/Germany late 1960s. The chairs itself have been property of US authorities at that time and were used by members of a non-military division of the US-Command in Berlin(West) After the chair's guest performance within the framework of presenting US-Lifestyl and US-Services in Western Germany, they were purchased by the set designer, as"these shape are exemplary for the ideas of Machine Age Era of the late 1940s in USA– attended by an outstanding design in matters of comfort. Excellent material and an exemplary well skill workmanship, too… The condition of the chairs ... moreis good to excellent all over in face of their history. The chairs design make them comfortable for relaxing as well as pleasant for desk working. We did had the wish to get more chairs in same design. But have been without success to find any acceptable additional or equivalent pieces. Model 2534 Made-Rite fan. Made in Mansfield, OH, likely mid-1950s. 120v, 69 watt, 0.9 amp fan. I included a picture of what the sticker on the bottom should look like; this is the one on the white background. The one on the drab grey background is this fan, which has a small hole in the sticker. Most of it is present, though. It's a single speed fan, and the wiring is fine and everything. I've used it regularly for the past 4 years and it works great. There is one small dent in the outer steel housing, which I didn't even notice until writing this ad. There are also a few scrapes and some white overspray- someone must have painted near this at one point. Otherwise, I think it's the original paint. This vntage schaeffer desk set is absolutely beautiful. The ink pen is the old school type and it rests on a slab of black onyx or quartz. that measures 7.5 inches wide and 4 inches wide and 1 inch tall. The underside has green felt and then the sheffer logo. There is a huge medallion with the united states navy seal. And underneath an area for a name which was never filled out so it could still be used for personal name. Overall it is in really beautiful condition. There is no ink in the pen so you would need to fill it. Also there are some scuffs to ink pen. and the navy seal medallion needs cleaned. The black stone needs polished and there is a chip on one side but overall this truly is a rare find. The black stone with the gold tone medallion is really beautiful.
