Tesa Micrometer Swiss Made 1 Div = 0.001mm
You are bidding on what I believe to be is a modified micrometer. I am not sure what it was used for nor how it works. I do know that it has these markings: TESA Swiss Made 1 DIV = 0.001mm and has 5 small widows with numbers that rotate when you turn the top section either direction. I really don't have much more information on this item but if you need me to give you more observations on it please ask.

Does not include Jo block. Sorry. These Swiss made Tesa micrometers are well known for their premium quality. In my opinion. They are the unchallenged in durability, accuracy, and feel. Daily, I use Tesa made micrometers and calipers in my work as a toolmaker. I've two others; my ratty old faithful and a pristine micrometer to go with my complete set. I've no need for three. Reads to.0001" has friction thimble and spindle lock. Yes, much of the white lettering on the frame insulator(Black plastic pieces) is worn but rest of micrometer in in excellent condition. Carbide anvil faces are still mirror like showing light wear only. Has that beautiful swiss"feel" to it. Micrometer has been fully tested and has been calibrated. 2) FOWLER. Imported 0-6 inch dial calipers. Like New condition with case. I have checked with gage blocks through out the 6 inch range and it is on. Two used Etalon 0-1" 260 Micrometer parts. Heat shield has a small piece missing on the end(see photo) but is otherwise functional. These heat shields are hard to come by as they are no longer produced. The other parts is the lock. Works and functions as intended. Replace an old or worn lock and heat shield for the older model Etalon micrometers with this shape heat shield. Both items are used. Excellent condition other than noted. Feel free to ask questions.
