Vintage Monarch model 6A 110 volt 1 amp AC-DC small electric motor used
This auction is for a Monarch AC-DC 110 volt 1 amp model 6A electric motor. I have no idea what it originally was fitted to but it does work and is a very compact size. The shaft is 1/4 inch with a 7/8 inch OD pulley fitted and a 1/4 wide V groove. The mount bracket has an adjustment slot and appears to be slightly bent(unsure if it was made that way) The overall approximate length of the motor housing is 4 inches less shaft and is 2 5/8 inches wide at it's widest point. The motor appears to be serviceable IE brushes. Wiring, etc. There is some paint chipping and scuffs(see photos) but this motor is in overall good condition and looks like it would be very useful in numerous applications.
