These were all manufactured in 2011 and I have had them sitting in my dry, heated garage since July 2012. They were all used to turn the worm gears as pictured. I could not get a good picture of the tag but here is the information. 480 volt. 60 hz. 1/3 hp. Asynchronous Motor 3 phase. 1650 rpm. 9/16 shaft diameter, 1 1/4 inch length.
