Tshirt press, transfers and display
You are bidding on a Hix B600 16" X 20' Tshirt press that includes a little over 500 transfers and displays. The unit is 14.5 amp. 1800w. I purchased this unit about 10 years ago and but only worked a county fair and a rodeo with it. I did very well with it but my wife's father became ill and her mother was not in good health so we moved to Brazil in order to help them. The unit just sat in my mother-in-law's house until I recently moved back. I am now retired and no longer wish to work the t-shirt business so I am selling the unit along with all of my transfers(they are all still good) along with the displays I used. I have a total of 6 panels I used, one black and five white, to display the prints. Each was numbered and when someone chose a transfer I would pull the correct size and color of shirt for them and press the ... moret-shirt then. It was a good system as I did not have to waste transfers on shirts that was the wrong size of the person who wanted to buy them. The displays need to be ironed but in order to use them all you have to do is run a piece of electrical conduit through the top and bottom of two and tie them to whatever you are using for cover. The unit holds up very well when you get busy and I have never had to stop pressing because it cooled down. It is extra heavy duty and I have it mounted on a piece of oak plywood and varnished. I set this on my table and used two small C-clamps in the back to keep it from sliding around. It does have some minor rust spots on the top and that is all. They are nothing that a little steel wool and a can of Rustolium heat resistant paint would not take care of. I started to do that but I did not want to be accused of trying to hid imperfections. I will charge actual costs of shipping that includes the box and postage but no handling fees. This press has been used to print about 1000 mugs or so. The rubber padding inside the sleeve is cracking(see pic) however this hasn't effected the quality of the prints. A new pad that came with the press when I purchased it will also be included. Some of the teeth holding the sleeve to the press have come off however this hasn't effected the performance either. Hix Presto 15, 15" heat press with heat pad and pyrometer (contact thermometer)
This has been a great heat press. Its produced a lot of mouse pads and t-shirts and continues to work well. I put a new thermostat in it which works fine but I never calibrated it. Since I kept it at the same temperature I simply used a pyrometer(included. See pic) to set the thermostat to where it needed to be and left it. It can be calibrated to match the dials I just never did. At any rate I'm including the pyrometer as well as a heat pad which is useful for pressing relatively thick and incompressible surfaces such as light-switch covers, wooden clock faces, etc. Some old metal light switch covers were placed between the rubber pad and the legs serving as risers to increase pressure for doing t-shirts but the pad is still secure and stable and these can be removed if you don't need the extra pressure. Geo Knight DK20 16"x20" Commercial Heat Press
Geo Knight DK20 16"x20" Heat Press- I've had this heat press for a few years now and it continues to work great. There are two spots on either side of the arms that hold the heat platen where metal-on-metal contact has caused part of the metal to wear away(see pics) Occasionally one of the display quartz elements/cells for the temperature doesn't light up however when that happens it doesn't prevent the temperature from being readable. This problem wasn't present as I took the pictures for this listing however it is something to be aware of. Other than that this press works just as well as the day I got it. Note that this press weighs over 100 Lbs so I'd recommend having a hand cart and a second person available when taking delivery and setting it up. Please feel free to ask any questions.

I don't know really what this is. It does heat up and the press works, I believe it is a valconizing rubber stamping machine. It is a hydraulic 3 ton press, If you know more about it please share. It is a Simple- X Press, Model SX-150. MugXpres 200 in good shape. I don't know much about it. But it heats up quickly and stays at the set temperature within 5 degrees per the readout. The rubber heating part looks to be in good shape. As far as I know it is completely functional except maybe the buzzer, which I'm not sure what is required to make it buzz. It does not affect the operation of the heat press. I bought this new and it worked great for me. I only used it a few times. It uses Celsius for the temp so it took a little practice to get it just right. It is recommended to use the paper liner when printing on a t-shirt. this prevents rectangle lines around the printed area.
