Heat Press T Shirt Machine 15x15 With Approx 25 Blank T Shirts
This is a used heat press. We have used this machine for about a year. It hasn't been used in the last couple of months. It has a digital temperature setting and timer. The only problem that I know of. Is once it reaches the set temp and then you press a shirt, the temp fluctuates for a few seconds. This has not affected the shirts in any way. Just wanted to be sure to let you know. I do know the bottom pads probably need replaced. See pictures. The 25 shirts that come with this are a mixture of sizes and colors. JP14 Heat Press- Geo Knight Commercial Heat Press- 12"x14" Heavy Duty. Economical Swing Away Heat Press. One of the nicest for it's size in the industry and American made. Check their website. This is a great unit. Works perfectly. I will be including the protective teflon sheet for the base as well as a piece of Nomex and the"green cloth" that is used in printing slate plaques. I bought it from Conde Systems which sells supplies and everything you need for the Dye Sublimation business. This thing is heavy, about 65 pounds so shipping will be determined by the buyers location. I am in North Florida, so the farther away you are the more $. I will ship UPS or USPS, whichever is cheaper. My guess is the costs will be somewhere in the 80 to a hundred dollar range, but that's just a guess. Use the solid state, adjustable thermostat to set the exact temperature from 100°F to 300°F. The heater system reaches operational temperature quickly, and a pilot light indicates when it is ready. Durable cantilevers provide the right pressure every time. The free-floating platen permits sliding work through the back as well as side-to-side. Expected marks. There is an ID number etched on the top, left side as well as some minor purple colored paint spatter(see pictures) There is also some minor rust on the pressure screws. The press is in great working condition and heats up quickly, however I did notice that there is a discrepancy between what the temperature knob says and what the gauge reads. For instance, when the knob is set to 180 degrees, the gauge reads about 225 degrees. When the knob is set to 200 degrees, the gauge reads about 245 degrees. This PRO-3804X comes with a removable rubber heat block on the bottom. And an extra teflon shield. This is a GREAT machine, made only 20 shirts with it, and then decided that because of my limited time, I needed to focus on my canvas fine art printing business for the time being.
