Rockwell International 3" Water Meter Listed are the numbers that I could find on the meter: On the top side: Rockwell- 1213723- 5191401207003- G227 On one handle: 1213723 On the sides: 3" 125- W On the hook up ends: 2 1/2 N.S.F. x 3 T.P.T. On the reading dial face: Rockwell International- Pittsburg Pa 15208- W-320- 01000800) From appearance it looks to be in great shape. But I know nothing about it. I can not claim it to work or not to work. It is selling as is condition. The closest thing I could find on the internet was selling for over $750.00. It is used for recording usage and or consumption of cold water in gallons from a fire hydrant or temporary water source. It registers in gallons and comes with a 2-1/2" gate valve. 2-1/2" swivel fitting, and a 2-1/2" fire hose fitting. These fittings are NST thread required for hydrants and fire hose. This meter is like new and in really great shape. It has been tested and is within 99.7% accuracy. There are years of service left in this great priced meter. A new meter like this and all the fittings would be well over $1000.00.
