Not sure exactly what its from- talked to a few people about them and some said maybe from a building and others have said from a truck of some type. Not sure-except the main parts are vintage and have Los Angeles printed on the valve part and some of the pieces have the part size as 2 1/2 x 3 on them. You can tell by the pictures the more vintage pieces and other pictures the newer ones. One of the collars is a little messed up on the inside and there are two pictures of that one by itself. It shows normal wear, but is in nice overall condition A tool is disclosed for the removal of quick release couplings from a conduit. The tool has a body that is divided into a rotatably connected gripping portion and a release portion. Handles are connected to the body to activate the clamping and releasing action of the tool. Compressing the handles causes the gripping element to compress and the gripping portion and the release portion to rotate around the connection. This would have been manufactured some time after 1935 when Akron Brass was incorporated. Akron Brass began in 1918& relocated to Wooster in 1921. I did not notice any damage such as holes.
