Vintage Standard Oil Company gas Station Original Water or Oil Can. It measures 11 inches tall and 10 inches across look like it would hold about 1 1/2 gallons of liquid. I t looks to be in great condition a couple shallow dents and the handle is dented but overall good condition very heavy and well made. It is embossed whit raised letters Standard Oil company Indiana on the top near the spout. If you have any questions or would like additional photos please send me your request. Standard Polarine Glass Oil Bottle with Spout One Quart
This is a nice original Polarine Standard Oil Company quart oil bottle with the original spout. There is some wear on the end of the spout from use. And there is some cloudiness around the shoulder of the glass-I cleaned it with soap and hot water, but would probably come off with some solvent. There are some scratches from use on the logo, but quite nicely intact. There is a'9' and'47' embossed in the glass at the bottom of the bottle. I will be gone Saturday June 29 and will not be able to ship on that day.

You are looking at a 1 Quart Lubriplate 2 Cycle Motor Oil Can. It is in pretty good condition for its age and actually still has about 2" or 3" of oil still in it. It stands 7" tall and is 4 5/8" wide and 2 3/8" thick. As far as I could find this is the only can like this online at this time. It has some small rusty dots and one small dent on the back but its not visible from the front. Vintage 1 qt oil can-each empty can was cut open down the side KENDALL oil can- THE 2000 MOTOR OIL old metal oil cans that were cut along the seam to flatten out and display on the wall as a sign one has been sealed back to a circle each original can measures 5.5" tall with 4.5" diameter- if you desire a circular can. Spot weld a few places to hold the can's shape flatten it out to hang on the wall as a sign that would measure 5.5" tall. Aprox 13" wide- will send in rolled condition so you may decide on your display used condition contains scuffs. Scratches,dings, bent, very dirty/oily residue. **WAX SEAL!!!** - "Finely Painted ICON, OIL on CANVAS & TREE BARK," early 1800's
I bought this Icon from someone who had gone to an estate sale a good while back. If you can see in the pictures. There is some writing on the tree and around the inner perimeter of the wax seal on the back. They said that it is a Russian icon, and to me it appears that the text is in the Russian language. Is it German, or Italian, or Russian- i'm not quite sure, but it is very impressive. CONDITION& DESCRIPTION: You can see in one of the photos that there is some paint chipped from off the left upper corner. The canvas is not torn in that spot. Just a small section of the paint has chipped away. Also, at that same corner, the corner of wood underneath the corner has broken off(that is probably when the paint chipped off. There is some small paint chipping around the very front outer perimeter. There are some very tiny nicks sort ... moreof around the feet of the Saint that is standing up(you might have to magnify the photo to even see them) Wax Seal: The image that is stamped in the center of the seal appears to be either a large church or a cathedral type of structure. There is 3 domes on top of the structure. With a CROSS on the top of each one. Around the inner perimeter edge of the seal has what appears to be Russian text, which goes completely around the circle. The is approximately 45-50 letters which are very hard to make out what they are. Some look like symbols rather than letters. Nails: The nails a funny shaped. None that i have ever seen. The shaft are more oblong than round, and the head of each seems different shaped than one another.

Venture into Space 1958 Amoco Map of Space Mysteries Vintage Astronaut Oil Co Ad
Here is an Amoco(American Oil Company) 1958 Venture into Space Map of Space Mysteries. This was put out during the space race and was an advertisment for Amoco. The map is in good condition. There is some slight edge and corner wear. Creasing at the folds is still solid with only a slight surface crease here and there. There is a slight corner crease on one corner. There are a few minor smudge/surface marks. The most noticable is on the front as the map is folded(see photo) A great look at were the space race was and where it was headed. Vintage Rossville Metal Oil Container
Up for your consideration is this vintage container which stands approx. 10" tall and approx 8 3/16 across the top. No restoration has been done except for a good dusting. As the last pic shows it is equiped with an articulated spout that extends from withen the can. The top for this cap is not"sprung" and will snap secure to the spout. There is no rust holes to the can just a little surface rust which is to be expected after approx 70 years. Terre Haute. Indiana USA is printed to the can. Sorry I cannot provide any more info except it has remained in my immediate family and is not a flea market item.
