Their are two discs of cardboard that hold a center spine made of heavy steel wire. Both ends of the wire have been bent towards the sign. The top end of the wire is blunt and the bottom end is pointed, so I suspect someone bent them to avoid anyone getting hurt. There are some minor cosmetic issues, ... moreplease review the photos to judge for yourself. Measuring about 12-5/8" in diameter it's in very solid condition.
