Ask the seller. DESCRIPTION: You are viewing a vintage and highly collectible British Tilley CS56 stove. This stove was purchased from a seller a few years back here on eBay. The stove has been operated for less than one hour and has boiled less than three liters of water. I have cleaned the stove. Flushed the tank, replaced some of the gaskets and fettled it into operation. I have not polished the stove as I enjoy the patina it has developed. Should the new owner decide to do so, I am sure it would polish up very nicely. I can find no dings or dents on the tank. The knurling on knobs and pump components ... moreis undamaged by tools and still crisp. The pot support cage has lost some of it's black paint, but a surprising amount is still intact. The gold painted bottom is as it came from the factory. This would be an excellent acquisition for the Tilley collector or for use by British car aficionados to keep in the boot of their MGB or Triumph for a brew up whilst touring. Note- The British have built this stove to have two speeds. On and Off. There is no simmer available with this stove. You can see in picture twelve why this is so. In this picture I have removed the pan support cage and the outer shroud. You can see that the kerosene vaporizer tube is bathed in three ranks of flame. In order to operate the stove it must be run on full to keep the kerosene vaporizing. This stove must never be operated with Coleman fuel. Only kerosene. Pictures nine through twelve demonstrate that this stove. When it left me, was in working order. I would recommend that you replace the seals on this stove. But, because I have found that ability to purchase a stove is in no way related to ability to operate a stove, I cannot guarantee that you will find this stove to be operable. You should resea

You won't find one of these in better condition. Note that the photos show the actual lanten behind plastic. Since I don't want to remove it from it's original plastic bag. The lantern's name plate says" CARGO LIGHT NO. 3954 GREAT BRITAIN 1939" A handle attached to the main body allows you to hang or carry the lantern and vertical grill work and a brass chain lock to open and secure the vented dome. There is a bottom handle to secure the lantern to compensate for the rolling ... moremotion of the ship. It measures almost 15" tall from bottom to top of chimney and 18 1/2" when handle is extended it is 9" wide. The lantern is constructed with copper rivets. Condition: REMARKABLE! Most lamps of this age show significant tarnishing and wear from smoke. Not this one. It has never been used and the latern remains protected in its original plastic and Styrofoam. You can see some beautiful patina from where this item has been exposed to air. The glass panels and dome are packed separately and have dirt/dust from storage.Though no cracks or chips. This is an antique globe lantern with globe red glass. The fuel canister unscrews from the bottom. The internal parts appear to be complete. All parts fit together perfectly. The beautiful red glass that appears to be hand blown reads"Perkins 10" Frederick Perkins founded the Perkins Marine Lamp Company in the late 1800's in Brooklyn. The burner comes out of the bottom of the lantern to refill it. T he burner is also missing 1 of the 3 clips that holds it in. W e are not experts on sailing lanterns but this is how it came to us. This is described as a"Perko De-Lite Combination Bow Light for boats under 26' Designed for boats going up and down a channel or river. The divider divides the red and green light and gives you a clue on which side you are passing on. Base is 5 1/2" by 5" 7" tall. Copper over metal. Original Condition- Red and Green Glass are good. Both doors open. The Green door latch is a little tight. But it does open. The red door latch is not original, and looks like it has been replaced. The kerosene can inside is empty. Hi! Thanks for stopping by! Grab a cup of coffee; hopefully you will find something you can't live without at a price that makes you happy. I have lots of different things this week. So if you have a few minutes to spare, just click on the link below to see them all. I'm always happy to combine items to save on shipping! This is a vintage copper oil lamp filler by Sternau& Co. From the early 1900s. This was also used to fill the burners under the old Sternau coffee makers and chafing dishes. It stands about 4.25" from the base to the top of the center finial, 5.75" from the base to the top of the spout, is 4-1/8" in diameter at the center of the rounded container. This has the original patina and I decided to leave it that way rather than polish it, as some people prefer this aged copper appearance. I'm not ... moresure if this is solid copper or plated, but for sure the handle and the little bridge between the container and the spout is copper plated, as what appears to be brass shows through on this area. This has a swirly handle and a long, thin, curvy spout that has a tip cover that is attached by a chain. At the upper end of the handle is a round knob-like pump that can be pushed in and out and seems to have a nice spring action. The finial cover unscrews at the top of the oil can. There is patina over all of the surface and some verdigris and darker patches that can be seen in the photos. There is one ding in the surface of the body on the right center area when the spout is pointing toward the left as in the first photo. The base of the oil can is stamped with the Sternau& Co logo(S&Co) surrounded by a circle with the words Trade Mark and Patented around the logo. Very, very good condition, complete, plunger works perfectly, spout cap intact and connected by chain, looks like a nickel plate, cap threads perfect, slight rub wear and slight marks on the bottom, no dents. I regret letting it go but I have too much stuff. This nickel style seems rare as I see no others on ebay. In my opinion this is far more attractive and won't tarnish as the copper does. 1893 Original Georg Haller Kerosene Ottensen Hamburg THREE Wick Stove WOW! What a fantastic find. After research and figuring was this was it has quite some history. Many people in europe had to travel to find work during the turn of the century. They needed a cook stove that was made very well and portable. This is cast iron and enamel. Some had one two. Three and a few four burners. They ran on kerosene. They all mainly used the same size wick. This has the remains of a old wick. The bottom pan for the kerosene is in fantastic shape. It has rust drippings from the iron parts that will really clean up. The upper enamel cook pan has one small round scrape on the side as shown, rest in fantaastic shape. The cast iron has rust and after cleaning up it would be a super terrific show-piece. On the bottom grate it is broken through about 1/4 of ... morea inch. It also has a extra ring on the inside that I read was used for smaller pots. Only 118 years old! The research states the early 1900's, but this is earlier than that. It is quite ornate also, not like some of the others I saw. I also thought the hole on the side needed another part to be attached. It probably had a plug, but is suppose to be there as a venting hole. It is a real history treasure. A real heavy piece, will take ectra packaging to avoid anything getiing bent and will be insured. This is an antique Venus kerosene lamp with a glass bottom from the 1800's. It measures 6" in height and 4" diameter at the base of the glass bottom and 6" in diameter at the middle fatter portion of the glass. There is bending to the metal which can be seen in the pictures but other than that it is in excellent condition. No wick included. All items come from a smoke-free home. This is a beautiful antique globe style kerosene lamp that dates back to 1875 to 1900. This lamp has been in my family for many years and eventually became my grandmother's. The original top globe was broken in 1952 when I ran into it while playing in a"forbidden room-front parlor" at my grandmother's house. The original was a large upside down bell type globe with beautiful flowers on it also. I added this clear tall globe for taking the pictures and will include it.
