Offered for auction is this rare Glass Kerosene Bottle in good overall condition. The metal parts are rusted as the pictures show. But the glass is in good condition with no cracks or serious chips, just a few flea bites as to be expected and bubbles! The color somewhere in between Aqua and Green! The patter on this glass is rather unusual and one that I have never seen. I don't know if this was used to dispense kerosene for a stove or for filling oil lamps as I do not see any makers marks. It measures abu out 12" to the top of the spout, 9 1/2" to the top of the glass and has a 6 1/2" diameter base. Ford Fordson Tractor Holley Kerosene Vaporizer, Great Condition!
Here we have a Model 280 Holley Kerosene Vaporizer for a Fordson farm tractor. It is No. 160690. And the last patent date is 1919, so it probably dates to the 1920`s. I removed the top cover and it is still good and solid inside, nothing is rusted or burned out, the throttle and choke shafts have very little play to them, it looks complete, and still has most of the original paint on it. There are no breaks, cracks, or repairs to it, and I doubt that you`ll easily find one in better condition than this!

ANTIQUE Vintage PRIMITIVE Wood Covered GAS OIL KEROSENE Tin Can / FARM TRACTOR
Up for auction is an old rare 5 gallon can with wood slats all around it. The wood slats are held on by 3 metal bands. I can not find any writing on the can. This is exactly how it looked when pulled out of an old barn. I have not tried to clean it up in any way. The wood slats on the top of the can are curled a little. There is a split between one of the slats. There is a small chip at the bottom of one of the wood slats. I tried to get good pictures so you can see all around this can. This is a really neat looking can. I don't think I have ever seen one like this. I do not know if this was an oil can. Gas can, kerosene can, or something else.

Vintage Small Blue Kerosene Lantern - World Light No.2 - Globe Brand
Offered is this small blue kerosene lantern. Probably dates to 1950's or 60's. It is pressed steel with a clear glass globe. Made in Hong Kong by the Globe Brand. It is marked"The World Light MFD, LTD. No. 202" It is just over 7 inches tall and 3 3/4" diameter at the base. In excellent vintage condition. It is missing some blue color and there are a few spots where there is surface rust on the rim of the base. The wick is a bit dried out and the wick key(turn up the wick) works a bit stiff. maybe wetting the wick with kerosene will fix both issues. The lamp doesn't look like it was used very much but it is used. Will ship promptly to winning bidder upon confirmation of payment via PayPal. This is a can made by Coleman to fill the preheater cup on kerosene lanterns like the ColeMax. 235 and 239 lanterns. The S shape spout is made so it worms its way into the cup without removing the vent/globe. It is in good display condition. Spout is clear, but it has a small leak in the bottom of the can. It has some small rust specks on the bottom and inside. Sold as is. No returns.

Antique 1869 Scottish Clipper Ship Brass Nautical Lantern Kerosene/Oil Lamp-1255-Dumbarton Scotland I just purchased this nice antique piece at a local estate auction. It is is very good condition considering its age! It has a very nice patina to it and all of the glass is still intact. It also has all of the reflector plates on the inside lid. This is important because there are reproductions out there and they do not have the reflector plates. Reproductions also don't have the lead flaps at the tops of the glass panels to hold the glass in. The other thing to look for is the data plate. Reproductions are usually thin and cheesy looking. This lamp has the nice thick data plate. I did my research before buying this at the auction and am 100% confident that this is an original. In fact there is still some soot in the corners of the reflector ... moreplates to indicate that it was used. Measurements are 24" tall and 14" across. Auction is for an Old Japanese Copper Kerosene Lamp. These were used along time ago by Japenses fishermen on their boats. The lamp measures 8" across and 5 1/2" in height. It has not be cleaned or polished in anyway, I will leave that decision to the new owner. Looks to be in great condition with no dents. Item being sold as is. SPIRIT CAN/ BOTTLE for COLEMAN KEROSENE LANTERNS ~ 237 and 236 plus others These spirit cans were used to apply denatured alcohol to the pre-heat cups of Coleman kerosene. Single mantle lanterns, such as the models 237 and 236. They have the ability to pour the alcohol directly into the pre-heat cup through the lighting holes in the frame rest, instead of having to remove the globe to fill the cup. This can has seen much usage. And has some surface rust spots, dents, and missing paint; but it is still functional. These are getting harder to find, so grab them while you still can! These may also work on some of the Euro kerosene lanterns too, such as Aida, Petromax, and the clones. I added a small cap to the end of the copper stem to avoid evaporation of the alcohol if you are going to use it in the next day or so. It is not a good idea to ... moreleave the denatured alcohol inside the can for much length of time, as this will help to degrade the metal. Shipping within the Continental USA is a flat rate of $4.50 for Parcel Post. If you want it shipped via Priority Mail.
